Farmington Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Farmington, NM and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to, spray foam insulation, blown-in insulation, attic insulation, crawl space insulation, vapor barrier installation, and related services as agreed upon between the parties.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or property at our discretion.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Farmington Insulation are based on information gathered during an on-site assessment or initial consultation. Estimates are good-faith approximations and are not binding quotes unless confirmed in writing via a signed proposal or agreement.

Final pricing may vary from the initial estimate if unforeseen site conditions, material cost changes, or changes in project scope are discovered during or before work begins. We will notify you of any material changes before proceeding.

Free estimates are provided at our discretion and do not obligate either party to enter into a service agreement.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments and project start dates are scheduled based on crew and material availability. We will make reasonable efforts to honor confirmed scheduling commitments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by phone or email. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee, which will be disclosed at the time of scheduling.

We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, crew availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will provide reasonable advance notice when possible.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established at the time of project agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing:

• A deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the project, before crew departure.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of estimate.

Past-due balances may be subject to a late fee. If collection efforts are required, you agree to pay reasonable collection costs and attorney fees.

6. Warranty and Workmanship

Farmington Insulation stands behind the quality of our work. We offer a workmanship warranty on completed installations. Specific warranty terms, including duration and coverage, are provided in writing as part of your project documentation.

Warranty coverage applies to defects in workmanship and installation. It does not cover damage caused by:

• Third-party modifications or repairs after project completion
• Improper use, neglect, or failure to maintain the installed system
• Structural changes to the property
• Acts of nature, flooding, or events beyond our control

Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to the terms of each manufacturer.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Farmington Insulation, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, reliance on information provided on our website, or the performance of services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
